"For me, transformation is a lifestyle..."
A Path Across Worlds

My story begins with movement...

Russia. Argentina. The USA. Spain. Italy. Five countries, five versions of home, five times learning that who you are isn't defined by where you're from.

Being an immigrant taught me adaptation - first as survival, then as an art form. I learned to read rooms across cultures, to hold multiple perspectives at once, to understand that identity is more fluid than anyone tells you. That "home" is something you carry inside rather than a place on a map.
I also learned something else: somewhere in all that adapting and code-switching and performing different versions of myself for different contexts, it's easy to lose track of your authentic Self.
My professional path looked successful from the outside. Master's in International Business. Startup environments. Leadership roles where I built systems and executed strategy. I was good at it.
But I kept bumping up against something: the disconnect between who I actually was and how I was showing up in the world. The gap between inner wisdom and outer performance. Between what my parts thought would keep me safe and what my Self actually wanted.
That gap - that disconnect - became my calling. Not just to heal it in myself, but to help others bridge it.
So I dove deep. I trained in Internal Family Systems at the IFS Institute in Spain, reaching Level 3 and becoming a Program Assistant. I studied Deep Transformational Coaching, trained with Gabor Maté in Compassionate Inquiry. And parallel to all this formal training, I spent ten years exploring ritual wisdom and non-ordinary states in ceremonial contexts.
I learned to work with parts. To hold space for what's unspoken. To navigate inner landscapes with curiosity instead of judgment.
But here's what kept emerging as I worked with others: Most approaches offered either deep inner work OR practical execution. Therapy or strategy. Soul work or systems. Ancient wisdom or modern methodology.
People needed both.
The entrepreneur building a company while also transforming needed someone who understood both the inner critic part and how to set up sustainable systems.
The person integrating a profound experience needed someone who could hold the mystical and help them navigate their day job.
The couple in crisis needed support that honored their inner worlds and gave them practical communication tools.
I realized I was standing at a unique intersection - not because I'm special, but because of the particular path I'd walked.
Business acumen from my Master's degree and startup experience. Deep inner work from IFS and Coaching training. Cross-cultural perspective from living in five countries. Ritual wisdom from ceremonial experience. Lived experience of immigration, relationships, building businesses, and integrating profound shifts.
I was the BRIDGE I'd been looking for.
So I stopped trying to fit into existing categories and built my own approach - one that integrates everything.
My approach is grounded in five core values:
-
Self-leadership - Leading from clarity, courage, and compassion rather than from protective parts
-
Freedom - Creating space for authenticity and genuine choice, not just reaction
-
Curiosity - Welcoming exploration even when it's uncomfortable
-
Respect - Honoring the wisdom in each person's system
-
Action - Translating insights into meaningful change in everyday life
Today, I work with:
Professionals and entrepreneurs navigating transitions, loss of meaning, career shifts or building something meaningful while doing their own inner work.
Couples wanting to deepen connection and understand the parts that show up in conflict - guided by my husband and me, who practice this work in our own relationship in real time.
People integrating profound experiences from ceremony, ritual, or other transformational moments who need support bringing extraordinary insights into ordinary life.
Leaders and teams (through my company FINO) seeking to build cultures where people can stay human and connected even under pressure.
Anyone in major transition - divorce, relocation, career change, awakening - who needs someone who gets both the inner landscape and the practical realities.
What makes this work different:
I've been called a bridge. A worldbridger.
I'm not afraid to go really deep with you - to work with parts, to explore what's difficult, to honor non-ordinary experiences, to stay with what lives beneath the surface.
And I'm not afraid to help you set tangible goals, create sustainable systems, and take practical steps toward what you're building in the world.
You don't have to choose between inner wisdom and outer success. Between depth and direction. Between transformation and execution.
Deep inner work that leads to practical life. Ancient wisdom combined with western methods. A global perspective that honors your context. Business acumen that serves soul work. Joy that emerges from depth.
That's the bridge I offer.
Beyond the work:
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me reading, paddle boarding, practicing yoga, hiking, singing, and with the people I love.
I speak English, Spanish, and Russian. I work with clients globally. I understand what it means to live between worlds.
Because transformation isn't a destination. It's how you live. How you show up. How you stay connected to what's real.
It's a practice. A path. A lifestyle.
And I'm honored to walk it alongside you!
